From Concept to Practice: Applying Agentic AI in GRC and Audit

Artificial intelligence is increasingly relevant for GRC and audit, yet practical implementation remains challenging. This session explains how Agentic AI can already be applied in IT-GRC environments today. It covers building AI models on on-premise infrastructure, defining realistic business cases with measurable ROI, and applying AI to control testing activities.

The presentation also explores how entire IT-GRC tasks may be performed by Agentic AI solutions in the future, and what this means for the role, responsibilities and operating models of GRC and audit professionals.

Lernziele

Participants will learn how to design and deploy AI models on physical servers, identify Agentic AI use cases with measurable ROI, understand how AI can already perform control testing, and gain insight into which GRC and audit tasks are likely to be automated by Agentic AI, and which will continue to require professional judgement.
